Two of my favorite trends are pleats and leather! When combined, they actually make for the perfect collaboration! Pleats have been on the scene for a few seasons now and they come in many different shapes, sizes and in a variety of clothing types (tops, skirts, pants, dresses). Although they can be a bit sweet and feminine, the leather material creates just enough edge!

This look is the perfect display of how to wear colors during the winter. Many women shy away from bold colors during the winter and opt for darker shades. This is a common transition as the weather gets chillier but if you're anything like me, you need the presence of color to highlight your best features and stay true to your style personality. Great colors to wear during the winter often fall in the earth tone family, forest green, olive, scarlet, mustard yellow, brown, beige, coral etc.
